WHAT CAN I EXPECT WITH A REAL HERO PARTY?

Your requested character will arrive at your location in costume and ready to entertain at your requested time. He or she will have all they need to play games, do crafts, and engage the children throughout your event. We will communicate regularly with you from the time of your initial booking request right up to the day of the party to ensure that your party will be exactly what you're hoping for!

WHAT DO I NEED TO SUPPLY FOR THE PARTY?

We will bring everything needed for the games and crafts as discussed prior to the booking date. All you need to supply is a location, and sometimes a table and chairs for tattoo-application. Your main job while our hero is there is to sit back, relax, and enjoy the party! But don't forget to take LOTS of pictures!

DO YOU OFFER FACE PAINTING, PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY, DECORATING SERVICES, BALLOON ANIMALS, BOUNCE HOUSES, ETC?

At Real Hero Parties, we want to stick to what we do best -- Entertaining! Therefore, we do not offer these additional services. If you are in need of a face painter, photographer, party decorator, ballon artist, bounce house, event rental service, or event location, please contact us and we will be happy to give you our recommendations from a list of our trusted vendors.

WHAT CHARACTERS DO YOU OFFER?

Our full list of offered characters is available at the bottom of our home page. If you do not see the character you would like for your event, we would love to add it to our Hero League! Special orders can take 4-8 weeks, so make your request early and we will gladly create a custom party to fit your theme!

I'M PLANNING TO HAVE BOTH BOYS AND GIRLS AT MY PARTY. DO YOU HAVE ANYTHING TO ENTERTAIN THE GIRLS?

All of our games are fairly gender-neutral and are enjoyed by boys and girls alike! Our Create-Your-Own Superhero craft comes with male and female options by request, and we offer female heroes in addition to our male characters! Want something a little more girly? Why not add a singing princess from our sister company, Royally Fun Parties and really thrill your guests?!

HOW WILL I PAY MY REMAINING BALANCE?

You will receive an email about 1-2 weeks before your party, confirming all of the party details. This email will also include your invoice with your balance due. The invoice will have a link to pay online, or you can pay via cash or check at the party.

DO YOUR ENTERTAINERS ACCEPT TIPS?

While our contractors are well-paid for their positions, gratuities are allowed and encouraged if you've received exceptional service. If you have two or more entertainers at your event, any gratuity will be split evenly between them. If you need to use your credit card to leave a tip, don't hesitate to contact us and we will help get that processed!

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO A PACKAGE I'VE ALREADY BOOKED?

Yes! We ask that changes be made as far in advance as possible in order to prevent scheduling conflicts, but we are happy to change the activities, add time to the party package, add a second performer, or change the time altogether. 

IS THERE A LIMIT ON THE NUMBER OF CHILDREN AT MY PARTY?

The only limit is your space! We are happy to accommodate any reasonable number of children at every event. Please note, however, that our packages are booked by the amount of time that will be spent on location, and more children will usually mean fewer activities. If you plan to have more than 10-15 children at your event, we recommend adding a second character to your package so that the children can each spend a good amount of time with the characters, and we can fit all of the entertainment into your party time! Regardless of how many children will be attending, please be sure to give us an accurate count ahead of time so that we can ensure that your entertainer has a proper amount of party materials!

SOMETHING CAME UP. CAN I RESCHEDULE MY PARTY?

We understand that life can be unpredictable at times! In the event of inclement weather or personal emergency, we will be happy to work with you to reschedule your event for another time and date. Cancellations, however, will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Your deposit is refundable up to 14 days prior to the event.

WHAT IS THE MILEAGE FEE TO MY LOCATION?

Our mileage fees are calculated based on the distance from our office location in Fort Worth, TX (76131 Zip Code). If you are located more than 30 miles from our secret hideout, there will be a mileage fee for your event. For mileage fees by city, click here!
